COTTON BAY Resort is a project of 4.000 units, apartments and villas, with a 360 berths Marina, 2 X 18 holes golf courses, 4 hotels, one casino and some shopping areas and sports areas, including tennis courts and football field. All this on a 417 hectares land, located on the beach, 2 kilometres north of Santa Maria.
The first phase is due to be completed at the end of 2011.
Prices start at 126.000€ for a one bedroom apartment.
